- Pick Your Own Custom Gifts - CGB can create custom gift baskets for orders of 10 or more of the same basket, box, container or crates. Choose your basket type and contents you prefer or let CGB know your price point per basket and we will make it work for your budget. Estimated shipping and delivery for custom orders are quoted at time of order. If items outside of our current inventory are requested, an additional "shopping fee" may apply. - Add or Swap Items - If you want to add or swap out specific items to a gift basket that already exists on any of Creative Gift Baskets websites, please call 208.484.0124.

We are pleased to offer shipping to all 48 contiguous states. However, due to shipping logistics and rates, we are unable to ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. Any gift basket deemed "damaged" must be returned in the same carton in which it was shipped, with all original items un-opened and in original condition. Please contact us and we will discuss arrangements for the package to be returned.
